I had the pleasure of dealing with both Shaun and Brad. You couldn't do business with anyone as prompt and courteous or knowledgeable as these people. It's unfortunate that my idea won't work as intended however I was given a wealth of advice and suggestions. I highly recommend this business and I will be telling others I know who are considering installing automated gates.Posted on Google

Sharon Henderson16 July 2026Several years ago when we were looking for a vinyl fencing company, we came across OK Vinyl. We requested a quote, and were happy with it so had our fencing done. The fellows that did it - did a great job and we were very pleased with them & the job. A few years later, I had to call for service on one of the gate locks that through no fault of the installation, the closing mechanism had become separated & I couldn't lock the gate. Told them there was no rush on it, however they showed up a few days later & fixed the gate lock. To my surprise I never received a bill and when I questioned about it - they told me they happened to be in the area, and it was such a simple fix, there was no charge. This is a great family run business, and I highly recommend them, not because they didn't bill me, but because they are an honest, pleasant company to deal with.Posted on Google
brian goy16 July 2026Just thought would share my thoughts with the work OK Vinyl did for me. Over the last ten years I have used their services a number of times. From installing a lengthy vinyl fence, gates and even a chain length fence. The work was done in a timely and professional manner. I even had them come back to fix some minor wind damage. I am very happy with their excellent service and would highly recommend them if you need any type of fencing. BrianPosted on Google

shaun kennedy29 April 2026We had an awesome experience with OK Vinyl Products. They generously let us use their cornhole (corn toss) boards and Bella Turf for one of our events, and it completely elevated the space. The setup looked great and added such a fun, relaxed vibe for everyone who came out. What really stood out, though, is how supportive they are of small local businesses. They didn’t have to step in like they did, but they showed up and helped make the event better without hesitation. That kind of community support is huge. Highly recommend OK Vinyl Products—not just for what they offer, but for how they back local. 👏Posted on Google

Professionalism with a splash of levity, they're a fantastic group. Keep up the great job.Posted on Google

Ron Hosner28 December 2021This was the second section of fence we have had installed by Ok Vinyl. I’m am pleased to say we could not be happier with the service and worked performed. There was an issue with supply of the colour fence and there was a wait for product. I do not believe OK Vinyl had any control and kept us informed as much as possible on arrival. We have another two hundred feet to be installed next year and look forward to the great service they provide.Posted on Google

They were very professional, from the first estimate through the entire installation process. Our new fence looks great, and is built to last! And the Customer Service process was fantastic. They even filled out our Warranty card and provided a stamped envelope to send it in to the manufacturer. We can't say enough nice things about this company and its people.
