Yes, we meet all licensing and insurance requirements across the municipalities we serve in the Greater British Columbia area. We’re happy to provide documentation upon request. Always confirm this when hiring any contractor—unlicensed companies pose real financial and legal risks to homeowners.

Yes. Our reputation in Keremeos is built on reliability, communication, and results. We hear far too many stories about fence companies disappearing after deposits or dragging out projects. Fence pricing depends on the style, material, length, and features you choose. Here’s a general guide to help you compare:
Aluminum Fences – Higher upfront cost, but maintenance-free and long-lasting. Often adds resale value to your home.
Chain Link Fences – One of the most affordable and versatile options. Upgrades like privacy slats or vinyl coating increase the price slightly.
Ornamental Iron Fences – Elegant and secure, but on the higher end due to material strength and craftsmanship.
Vinyl Fences – Once expensive, now more affordable and low-maintenance, with excellent long-term value.
Wood Fences – Because wood fencing is the cheapest fence option, it remains a popular choice; however, rising lumber costs and ongoing maintenance can impact its value over time. For these reasons, we do not install or recommend wood fencing.
Keremeos homeowners choose a wide range of fence styles, but here are a few of the most popular:
Modern Black Aluminum Fence – Stylish and versatile for both front and back yards.
White Vinyl Privacy Fence – Classic bright white fencing in a variety of style options. Vinyl is more durable than wood and is maintenance-free.
Because we offer vinyl fencing in a variety of styles and colors, we have a lot of Keremeos homeowners who choose vinyl fencing with a wood-like texture that gives the same warmth of wood without all the headache of maintenance.
We offer professional fence installation in the following British Columbia communities:
For all other regions, including Kelowna, BC, Kamloops, BC, Calgary, BC, Castlegar, BC, and Red Deer, BC, we supply high-quality fence materials but do not offer installation.
