STRATA councils usually have written bylaws or guidelines outlining what materials, colours, and fence heights are allowed. We can review those documents with you, suggest approved styles, and even assist with submitting specification sheets to help get your fence approved faster.
Yes! We often coordinate with property managers, board members, and architectural committees. Whether it’s a single unit or a community-wide project, we can provide the details they need to confidently approve your fence request.
While some small repairs or replacements may be done DIY, STRATA councils often require licensed contractors for new installations to ensure compliance and consistency. We are fully licensed and insured and can handle the process start to finish.
Most STRATA communities prefer neutral tones like white, tan, or black depending on the material and location. We carry a range of compliant colour options and can help match your community’s approved palette.
Timelines depend on the scope of the project and the approval process. Individual installations are usually quick, while multi-unit upgrades require more coordination. We’ll walk you through the steps and provide a schedule that works for your STRATA.
You can use our online fence estimator tool for a fast residential quote, or contact our team for a custom bid. We’ll gather some details about your project, offer design guidance, and provide transparent pricing.
